BBCZ Studio Legale and LM Associati – Studio Legale Tributario have gone into partnership to combine their complementary skills and offer an even more comprehensive and specialised service.
On one side is the consolidated tax and fiscal experience of LM Associati, which draws on the cultural legacy of Professor Maurizio Leo. And on the other is the proven expertise of BBCZ and its founding partner Maurizio Borra in the areas of company, business law and corporate distress law.
The aim is to tackle the growing complexity of the aspects affecting Italian and foreign companies, through a multidisciplinary, coordinated and highly specialised approach. This project grew from an awareness that offering effective support for businesses requires increasingly integrated skills.
